In the passage I didn't understand why the would not allow Cadbury chocolate to be shipped into the U.S. I know from reading the text that it said that they were banned but I belevie that it is wrong to say that Americans can not get chocolate they like at least make the Cadbury company pay a little amount of money to get there goods sent to use. Does anyone agree it is wrong to do that?
